
Steps below will help your agents to login on the dialer.

How to login as an Agent
- Goto your hostname for e.g xyz.cc.warmconnect.in.
- Now, click on Agent Login.
- Enter your user login, password and select a campaign.
- Make sure your softphone is registered before clicking submit.
- If incoming is enabled you will see this screen add the incoming groups needed.
- Tick blended calling to activate outbound.
- After selecting inbound groups click SUBMIT to proceed.
- After login, accept the call on softphone. Do not disconnect the call while you are logged in.
- Click on You are Paused to accept calls, In manual campaigns you will see DIAL NEXT NUMBER.
