eCommerce Manager

We sell roaming SIM cards for International  travel all over the world using our own websites and marketplaces like Amazon. We need marketplace managers for these marketplaces. 

You will be working for https://www.tsim.in

You will be responsible for:

1. Catalog: choose relevant products from our portfolio to sell in the marketplace. Keep product pages upto date with inputs from the product team.
2. Inventory: ensure products in place and handle shipping and regulations
3. Pricing: maximise overall margins while benchmarking against competitors
4. Advertising: Drive traffic to our products on the marketplace
5. Growth: Use programs, apart from advertising, provided by the marketplace to drive revenue
6. Account health: ensure that our account in the marketplace is in good standing by following marketplace rules and interacting with their support
7. Brand: Build our brand on the marketplace
8. Reports: check vital marketplace reports to see trends and provide information to management.
9. Communicate: Answer customer queries and interact with them as needed via email, chat and phone.
10. Other marketplace administration tasks

You will need:

1. Good communication skills
2. Some experience in handling Amazon Sellercentral, WooCommerce, Shopify will be an advantage.
3. Some exposure to eCommerce tools such as Helium 10 etc will be an advantage.

The office is located in Mumbai. Candidates must be based in Mumbai and will work out of our Dadar office. We are a rapidly growing company with multiple growth initiatives under way. You will be exposed to the latest in eCommerce trends in a friendly and nurturing environment.
